Please fill out the form below to become a participant of the Disabled Outdoorsmen. All applications will be reviewed and responded to as quickly as possible.

Scholarship Application

To be eligible for a scholarship from Disabled Outdoorsmen USA we require that upon graduation your intended occupation be in education, environmental studies, wildlife management, Military, to assist individuals with disabilities, or as a first responder (police, fire department, paramedic, nurses, and doctors). We also require that applicants reside and plan to pursue a career in the state of Texas.
